Hiring CSPD

The band is available to perform for many events, both large and small: weddings, private parties, corporate events, funerals, memorials, festivals, etc. For information please contact the CSPD business manager, Dave Mundy, at 303-919-3092 or by email.

Notable performances

The band has performed at halftime of the Broncos/Steelers playoff game in 2005, at Rod Stewart's 2007 concert at the Pepsi Center, at Elitch Gardens. In addition it appears regularly at such events as the Great American Beer Festival, the Colorado Renaissance Festival, the Bolder Boulder, the Denver St. Patrick's Day Parade, the police and firefighters' memorials, and the PumpkinFest.

The band competes at events around Colorado, including the Colorado Scottish Festival in Highlands Ranch and the Longs Peak Scottish Festival in Estes Park.

Awards

CSPD started competing in 1997 in grade IV in both march, strathspey, and reel (MSR) and medley. In 2001 our pipe band association changed the events in the grade IV competions to a Quick March Medley (QMM) and a Selection (Medley):
